Make ahead recipe that last all week in the refrigerator.
Tools:
mason jars with lids
spoon
Ingredients:
coconut milk vanilla
chia seeds
2 T. yogurt (optional) cashew or flavored yogurt
2-3 T. chia seeds
2 ripe persimmons chopped
Method:
Line up your mason jars,
fill each one 3/4 full with coconut milk.
add yogurt of choice
add chia seeds, stir with small spoon
Top with chopped persimmons.
Seal with air tight lids and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy all week for fast breakfast or healthy snack.
