Mango Berry Mushroom Smoothie

Is a smoothie a meal or a beverage?
Someone asked me this, & it made me pause for a minute.
Im not sure. I think its both!

Okay so depending on the day Im all in for a beverage that I know is going to help me get through with a little more focus and energy.

But…. A mid day pick me up and fill me up, well then it serves that purpose too! Especially when you know you are consuming something that’s prob better than what you are going to eat for lunch anyway.

So live the smoothie life however you see fit! & to make this delicious Smoothie here is what you will need.

Tools:
Blender
Spatula
Glass or to go cup

Ingredients:
I use all frozen fruits for this smoothie.
Mixed berries 1/4 cup
Mango chunks 1/4 cup
Lime 1/2 fresh lime, juiced
Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1/2 cup to 1 cup you figure out the consistency you like best
The more liquid the thinner it will be
Mushrooms Powdered, 1/2 T. – I use Om brand mushroom powder
Dash of maple syrup if you like things sweeter
Lemon (optional garnish)

Method:
Add everything into your blender- BLEND! You will have to use your spatula to stir it and blend again until it becomes a smooth drink.
