Strawberries! They are ripe and ready for your salad. Chop them as a garnish and blend them for a wonderful, fresh, healthy vinaigrette for summer salads.
Quick story- I’m not crazy about to many things. I love food so I’m in for most anything healthy or not so healthy.
But, when it comes to salads your dressing needs to be healthy. A great way to do that is to make your own fast fresh and delish dressing.
Think of your favorite vinaigrette you currently use on your salads I know everyone has one I know I have a store-bought one but when I read the ingredients I always push myself to make a homemade vinaigrette Look for things in your favorite dressing like what kind of oil used, or all the extra ingredients added to keep it fresh.
Making your own dressings can take a few minutes out of your day but the fact that you are controlling the kind of oil and adding NO extra preservatives thats a win for your skin and your health in general. So try this.
Working this into your routine will make you feel confident that you are controlling your salad and making sure it stays HEALTHY, the way salads should be.
